Translated by Dānapāla 施護 in the Northern-Sòng. Signature: 「大域龍菩薩造／西天譯經三藏…臣施護等奉詔譯」. The Taishō header cross-references T1517 — Triratnadāsa’s commentary on this root-text.

Abstract
T1518 is the Chinese translation of one of Dignāga’s two prajñāpāramitā works (alongside the Prajñāpāramitā-piṇḍārtha-saṃgraha-vivaraṇa, also preserved in Sanskrit). The Sanskrit original survives (Tucci 1947 edition) and is one of the principal Yogācāra-school summary-treatises on the Prajñāpāramitā. The 32 verses of the work cover the principal topics of the Aṣṭasāhasrikā in compressed form.
