About the work
The Fóshuō Mòluó wáng jīng (T517) is a one-fascicle short sūtra by 沮渠京聲 Jǔqú Jīngshēng. The protagonist Mòluó wáng 末羅王 may render Sanskrit Malla-rāja (king of the Malla clan, who hosted the Buddha’s parinirvāṇa at Kuśinagara).
