Twelve-juan yǔlù of Mìyìn Zhēnchuán 真傳 密印真傳 (b. 1625-07-31, alive in 1678 at age 54), LínjìYángqí dharma-grandson of Pòshān Hǎimíng 海明 via Língyǐn Yìnwén 靈隱印文. Compiled by fǎsì Xiàofēng Rúwěi 如暐 děng biān. Front-preface by Zhuāng Lín 莊鏻 (jìnshì, Hénán ànchásī fùshǐ). Printed as Jiāxīng Canon J35 B343. Twelve-juan structure: shàngtáng (j. 1–3); xiǎocān (j. 4); kāishì (j. 5–6); fǎyǔ (j. 7); subsequent juan with various genres + j. 12 tǎmíng bēijì.
Abstract
Authorship. Per the 真傳 note: native of Xùzhōufǔ 敘州府 (SìchuānNán), lay surname Lǐ 李. Tonsured at Guānyīndòng after parents’ deaths; full precepts under Yǔsōng 語嵩; transmission from Língyǐn Yìnwén. Three abbacies: Húguǎng Huìtóng Huílóng 湖廣會同迴龍 → Qíshān Yǒngxīng 旗山永興 → Qiányáng Guǎngfúshān Shèngjuésì 黔陽廣福山勝覺寺 (the 30+ year long-tenure seat).
Dating. notBefore = c. 1655 (post-transmission preaching). notAfter = c. 1685 as a conservative bound. Alive in 1678 per the tǎmíng dating; the volume reflects the 1660s–1680s preaching career.
Lineage. Pòshān Hǎimíng → Língyǐn Yìnwén → Mìyìn Zhēnchuán — the Pòshān-line via the Yúnnán / Guìzhōu mission-circuit (Yìnwén had been active at Yúnnán Yúnjí 雲南雲集 and Hóngjiāng Huílóng 洪江迴龍 abbacies). Mìyìn’s 30+ year tenure at Guǎngfúshān in Qiányáng (HúnánGuìzhōu border) preserves an extended Pòshān-line frontier ministry distinct from the central Sìchuān cluster.
Lay-patron preface. Zhuāng Lín 莊鏻’s preface frames the volume as a deliberate Confucian-Chán bridge (míng xīn jiàn xìng sānjiào tóngyuán 明心見性三教同原), invoking the liǎng Lùn / liǎng Mèng analogy and explicitly connecting Mìyìn’s preaching to Pòshān’s broader corpus.
