Ní Qiān 倪謙 (1415–1479), Kèràng 克讓, hào Jìngcún 靜存, posthumous title Wénxǐ 文僖. Native of Shàngyuán 上元 (Nánjīng). Zhèngtǒng jǐwèi (1439) jìnshì jídì (a top-three placement); office reaching Nánjīng Lǐbù shàngshū. Best known for the Cháoxiǎn (Korea) embassy of the early Jǐngtài era; the embassy poems Liáohǎi biān 遼海編 circulated separately and are now lost. Míng shǐ j. 171 (appended). Surviving works: KR4e0106 Ní Wénxǐ jí (32 juǎn) — Ní’s own self-selection out of an attested lifetime corpus of 171 juǎn (per Lǐ Dōngyáng (李東陽)‘s head preface): Yùtáng gǎo 100 juǎn, Shànggǔ gǎo 8 juǎn, Guītián gǎo 43 juǎn, Nángōng gǎo 20 juǎn.
