Fù Zéhóng 傅澤洪 (fl. 1725), zì Zhìjūn 穉君, of the Hànjūn Bordered-Red Banner 鑲紅旗漢軍, served as Fēnxún HuáiYáng dào ànchásī fùshǐ (Vice-Provincial Surveillance Commissioner of the HuáiYáng Circuit). His principal work, completed in Yōngzhèng 3 (1725), is the Xíngshuǐ jīnjiàn (KR2k0078) in 175 juan — the most extensive Chinese hydraulic-engineering compendium ever compiled and the principal documentary archive of pre-1722 Chinese water-management. Quán Zǔwàng’s epitaph for 鄭元慶 (Zhèng Yuánqìng) advances the unverified hypothesis that the actual editorial labor was Zhèng’s, working as Fù’s mùbīn. CBDB id 125464 records the name but no dates.
