Fù Fēiqīng 傅飛卿 was a Southern-Sòng to Yuán Jìngmíng 淨明 master active in the Xīshān 西山 lineage at Nánchāng 南昌. He is identified in the Daoist canon as Zǐwēi yòudiǎnzhě Shǎowēi dūlù Língbǎo jìngmíng yuàn sīchá yòuyǎnjiào shǐ 紫微右典者少微都錄靈寶淨明院司察右演教使 (Right-Codifier of the Zǐwēi Palace; Director-Registrar of Shǎowēi; Inspector and Right-Hand Propagator-of-Teaching of the Línbǎo Jìngmíng Cloister) — a Daoist bīngfǎ 兵法 (administrative-bureaucratic) honorific marking his place as commentator on the Huángsù shū 黄素書. He is named as the jiě 解 (annotator) of KR5b0259 (Gāoshàng Yuègōng tàiyīn yuánjūn xiàodào xiānwáng língbǎo jìngmíng huángsù shū), the central scripture of the Jìngmíng tradition. No precise lifedates are recoverable from CBDB. Schipper & Verellen (Taoist Canon 2: 1094) place him in the late Southern-Sòng to Yuán generation, in the same milieu as 周方文.
