Yuánshàng 原上

Mid-late seventeenth-century Línjì Chán monk, dharma-heir of Shuǐjiàn Huìhǎi 水鑑慧海 (1626–1687, cf. KR6q0440) and dharma-brother of Fǎlán Yuánchéng. Co-editor (děng biān 等編) of KR6q0442 《天王水鑑海和尚住金粟語錄》 (Jiāxīng Canon J29 B232) — the Jīn-sù-abbacy standalone volume of Huìhǎi’s corpus. Native place, lay surname, and lifedates unrecovered.
