Sīnóngsī 司農司 (“Office of Agricultural Affairs”) is the institutional author of the imperially-commissioned Nóngsāng jí yào 農桑輯要 (KR3d0003), composed under Yuán Zhìyuán 23 (1286) by the imperial agricultural department. The work was the official Yuán imperial agricultural manual, distributed for use by local officials.
