Zhāng Zōngliáng 張宗良 ( Liúxiān 留仙, mid-Qīng), Sūzhōu (吳郡) physician specializing in laryngology (hóukē 喉科). No CBDB record; lifedates are not securely fixed. He was established as an experienced laryngology specialist by the late Qiánlóng period, when his fellow-Sūzhōu and Yōngzhèng 5 (1727) zhuàngyuán 彭啟豐 Péng Qǐfēng wrote the preface (1757) to his Hóukē zhǐzhǎng (KR3em024). The work — six juǎn, with the liùwèi tāng 六味湯 as base prescription — became the most influential of the Qīng laryngology monographs and the foundation of the so-called “Zhāng-clan” hóukē lineage.

A second work, KR3em026 Yānhóu mìjí 咽喉秘集, is catalogued under the orthographic variant 張宋良; modern specialist scholarship treats this as a typographic slip for the present 張宗良 (the same individual). The variant is preserved in the KR3em026 frontmatter and flagged there in prose.
