Mid-to-late Yuán 元 Daoist scholar, hào Qián yáng zǐ 潛陽子 (“Master of the Hidden Yáng”). Active c. 1334 as the corrector / collator (jiào zhèng 校正) of 徐道齡 Xú Dàolíng’s Tài shàng xuán líng Běi dǒu běn mìng yán shēng zhēn jīng zhù (DZ 750, printed 1334).

Relationship to Xú Dàolíng. The shared Daoist dào 道 generation-name of the two men (Dàolíng 道齡, Dàoxuán 道玄) strongly suggests same-lineage affiliation — probably fellow disciples of the same Daoist master, or lineage-brothers. Together they produced the DZ 750 commentary as a collaborative project, with Xú Dàolíng as primary author and Xú Dàoxuán as corrector.

Activity. Attested 1334 (the publication date of DZ 750). No lifedates or other biographical details. No CBDB record identified.

Disambiguation. The hào Qián yáng zǐ 潛陽子 distinguishes this Xú Dàoxuán from other Xú Dào- names in Yuán-era Daoist sources.
