Huìyǐng 慧影 was a late Northern-and-Southern Dynasties / early Suí Buddhist monk. He is best known as the compiler of the Dàzhìdù lùn shū (X791) — the principal pre-Tang commentary on Kumārajīva’s Dàzhìdù lùn (T1509) — drawing on Six-Dynasties Sānlùn / Mādhyamika exegetical material.
