Southern-Sòng Cáodòng 曹洞 Chán master, hào Shíshuāng 石霜. Dharma-sibling of 慧暉 Jìngcí Huìhuī (1097–1183) within the Hóngzhì Zhèngjué / Cáodòng circle. Supplied the xiàyǔ jìyán 下語寄言 commentary (Cáo-dòng-style doctrinal exegesis) for his dharma-brother’s six-juan yǔlù (KR6q0360) — giving, for each of Huìhuī’s shàngtáng passages, an en face unpacking of its coded Cáo-dòng-register vocabulary.
