景玄

Dàyáng Jǐngxuán 大陽景玄

Northern-Sòng Cáodòng-lineage master (943–1027), abbot of Dàyángshān 大陽山 in Yǐngzhōu. Sometimes written 警玄 (avoiding the Sòng imperial taboo on 玄). His Cáodòng dharma-line passed through Tóuzǐ Yìqīng 投子義青 (1032–1083) via an unusual cross-tradition deposit-arrangement carried by the Línjì-lineage master Fúshān Fǎyuǎn 浮山法遠 (991–1067), an episode central to Sòng-era Cáodòng lineage-history.
