李瀚章

李瀚章 Lǐ Hànzhāng

Late-Qīng official (1821–1899), elder brother of 李鴻章 Lǐ Hóngzhāng; governor-general of Húguǎng 湖廣 during the post-Tàipíng reconstruction. Wrote the 1870 preface to 包誠 Bāo Chéng’s Shānghán shěn zhèng biǎo (KR3ef065) and funded its block-printing as a measure of post-war medical relief.
