Xuán-zǒng 玄總 (尼 bhikṣuṇī nun), zì Bǎo-chí 寶持. Female Línjì-Yángqí (Hàn-yuè Sān-fēng line) dharma-heir of 弘儲 Tuì-wēng Hóng-chǔ (1605–1672) — making her thirty-third-generation Línjì. Lay name Jīn Shū-xiū 金淑脩, lay surname Jīn 金. Originally zhǒng-xí 冢媳 (eldest daughter-in-law) of the Suí-zhōu / Suí-zhōu Tài-pú 隋州太僕 official family; after her husband’s death, she left the household and pursued intensive Chán practice under Hóng-chǔ at Líng-yán-sì, with breakthrough and formal fù-fǎ — one of relatively few documented women in the Sān-fēng line to receive formal transmission.
Abbacies. Jiāhé Mìaozhàn 嘉禾妙湛 (Jiāxīng); Yánguān Nánxún 鹽官南詢 / Hǎiyán Nánxún 海鹽南詢. Continued under the broader Língyán Sānfēng affiliation.
