Late-Míng / early-Qīng (Kāng-xī-era) Buddhist layman, zì Yùshū 玉叔, alternate name Yǒujiào 友教. Lifedates not preserved. Co-compiler with Wēng Chūn 翁春 of the Jīngāng jīng qiǎnjiě 金剛經淺解 (KR6c0078, X25 no. 490), prefaced in Kāngxī 20 = 1681 by Zhào Yuèshēng 趙嶽生 (sobriquet 視公甫). The text identifies the two compilers as fèngfó dìzǐ 奉佛弟子 (“disciples upholding the Buddha”). DILA gives Wáng’s dynasty as 明 / 清, indicating activity across the dynastic transition.
