Zhēnyǎn 真衍, hào Ǒuān 藕菴 (also Zhúān 竹庵). LínjìYángqí (Hǔqiū → Wúzhǔn → Duànqiáo Lún → 14 generations → Pǔmíng Yòng → Jīnmíng Jièlǎo → Zhēnyǎn) dharma-heir of Jīnmíng Jièlǎo 金明介老 — same teacher as Píngshān Cìān Zhēnběn 真本 (cf. KR6q0202, KR6q0455 preface) and Yǒngzhèng Yīlǎo 永正一老 (cf. KR6q0455). Zhēnyǎn is therefore fǎdì dharma-brother to those figures within the Jīnmíng circle.
