Xiáng-gōng 翔公 (lifedates unknown; fl. mid-fifth century), Liú-Sòng Chinese Buddhist śramaṇa, fl. in the Nán-hǎi 南海 commandery (modern Guǎngdōng / Hǎinán region). The canonical signature for [[KR6c0022|Rǔ-shǒu púsà wú-shàng qīngjìng fēn-wèi jīng 濡首菩薩無上清淨分衛經 (T234)]] reads 「宋沙門翔公於南海郡譯」 (“translated by the śramaṇa Xiáng-gōng of the Sòng in the Nán-hǎi commandery”). The reference to the Nán-hǎi commandery is unusual — most Liú-Sòng translations were produced at Jiànkāng — and suggests Xiáng-gōng was working at one of the southern Buddhist centres along the Pearl River trade-corridor through which Funán and Indian merchants regularly travelled.
