Xíngrì 行曰 (DILA-standardized 行日 Xíngrì; the catalog meta of KR6q0505 uses the visually-similar form 行曰), zì Dúlǎng 獨朗 (“Solitary Bright”). LínjìYángqí dharma-heir of Línyě Tōngqí 林野通奇 (1596–1652) — same teacher as 覺 Zìxián Xíngjué (cf. KR6q0469) and 行聞 Fógǔ Xíngwén (cf. KR6q0501). Shìshòu 66, sēnglà 43. Native of Xuānchéng Jiànpíng 宣城建平; lay surname Xǔ 許. Lifedates not exactly recovered.
Formation. Tonsured at Nányuè 南嶽 under Héng shī 恒師; full precepts in Fújiàn (Mǐnzōng 閩宗). Final transmission from Línyě Tōngqí at Tōngxuánsì 通玄寺.
Two abbacies. Yáojiāng Jīqìng 姚江積慶; Tiāntái Tōngxuánsì 天台通玄寺 (the death-seat). Stūpa at Tōngxuán’s western precincts.
