Péi Xuàn 裴鉉 was a Táng Daoist author, associated with the Zhōngnán shān 終南山, who submitted the memorial (jìn biǎo 進表) accompanying the 延壽赤書 (KR5c0274 / KR5c0275) — a Táng life-prolonging scripture — to the throne. He styled himself “lín chén” 林臣 (mountain-forest subject), signalling recluse status.
