Hán Zhīhé 韓祗和 (fl. Yuányòu reign, 1086, 北宋), Northern-Sòng specialist on cold-damage (Shānghán) medicine and author of the Shānghán wēizhǐ lùn 傷寒微旨論 (KR3e0025) — the principal Sòng-period theoretical-clinical treatise on the Shānghán lùn. The original work’s preface (lost in independent transmission) was dated by Chén Zhènsūn’s Shūlù jiětí to Yuányòu bǐngyín 元祐丙寅 (1086), placing Hán in the reign of Sòng Zhézōng. The Sòng shǐ Fāngjì zhuàn does not preserve his career-record. The Yuán physician Dài Liáng’s Jiǔ líng shānfáng jí names him as one of the Shānghán-line transmitters from Zhāng Jī through Wáng Shūhé, Chéng Wúyǐ, Páng Ānshí, Zhū Hóng, Xǔ Shūwēi, Hán Zhīhé, and Wáng Bīnzhī — confirming his standing as a major Sòng-period Shānghán specialist.
