Eastern Wèi military commander (Piàoqí dàjiāngjūn 驃騎大將軍) and patron of Buddhist scholastic translation. Sponsored the Yè 鄴-city translation circle that produced 毘目智仙 Vimokṣaprajñā-ṛṣi and 瞿曇般若流支 Gautama Prajñāruci’s joint Mahāyāna upadeśa renderings (KR6h0035, KR6h0030).
