Shǐ Yáo 史瑤 (fl. mid-8th c.) — Tang disciple of 不空 Amoghavajra. He prepared the first translation draft of the Xiùyào jīng 宿曜經 (KR6j0530, T21n1299) under Amoghavajra’s direction in Qián-yuán 2 (759 CE); his draft was judged stiff and was subsequently revised and annotated by 楊景風 Yáng Jǐngfēng in 764.
