Zhōu Qí 周琦 (Míng), Tíngxǐ 廷璽, was a Mid-Míng Lǐxué official of Mǎpíng 馬平 (Liǔzhōu region, Guǎngxī). Jìnshì of Chénghuà xīnchǒu (1481); rose to Nánjīng Hùbù yuánwài láng 南京戶部員外郎. His learning derived from the HéDōng xuépài of Xuē Xuān (KR3a0079 author). His major work is the Dōngxī rì tán lù 東溪日談錄 (KR3a0083), an 18-juan biji of his classical-philosophical reflections, printed in Jiājìng dīngyǒu (1537) by Lǚ Jǐngméng 呂景蒙. Famed in his home district for duānzhí jǐnhòu (uprightness, rigour, sincerity). The Guǎngxī tōng zhì records the Rì tán lù in 18 juan and a separate Rú zhèng piān — the SKQS tíyào identifies the Rú zhèng piān as juan 15 of the Rì tán lù rather than a separate work. CBDB has multiple homonyms 周琦 with no confirmed match for the Mǎpíng Lǐxué author.
