Rúxīng 如惺. Personal attendant (shìzhě 侍者) of Qīnglóng Défēng 德風 (b. 1622), lead compiler (děng biān) of his master’s yǔlù KR6q0531 《德風禪師般若語錄》 6 juan, J38 B411. Lifedates unknown, late 17th century.
Not to be confused with the Míng-dynasty Rúxīng 如惺 (DILA A000348, dharma-heir of Xiàngxiān Zhēnqīng 象先真清, resident at Tiāntāi Cíyúnsì), who reissued the Fófǎ jīntāng biān 佛法金湯編 in 1600 and compiled the Dàmíng gāosēng zhuàn 大明高僧傳 (T2062) in Wànlì 45 = 1617, plus the Déyù Lónghuá xiūzhèng chànyí 得遇龍華修證懺儀 (X1488). The two are easily confused on filename and require disambiguation by context.
