Miàoēn 妙恩
Late-Southern-Sòng / early-Yuán Yángqí-branch Línjì (Pòān pài) Chán master, hào Duànyá 斷崖 (“Cut-Cliff”); posthumously styled Guǎngmíng Tōnghuì Pǔjì chánshī 廣明通慧普濟禪師. Principal dharma-heir of 可湘 Juéàn Kěxiāng (1206–1290); abbot of the Kāiyuán chánsì 開元禪寺 at Quánzhōu in Fújiàn. Principal editor of his master’s yǔlù (KR6q0317). Lifedates unrecorded (DILA A000471). Also listed as co-editor of the Xīsǒu Shàotán chánshī yǔlù (KR6q0322), suggesting a broader role in late-Sòng Línjì textual circulation.
