Zhāng Hào 張淏 (fl. early thirteenth century; index year 1169 in CBDB), Qīngyuán 清源, originally of Kāifēng 開封, who migrated south with the early-Southern-Sòng diaspora and settled in Wùzhōu 婺州 (modern Jīnhuá), with a later sojourn in Kuàijī 會稽 (Shàoxīng). His career reached fèngyì láng 奉議郎. He is best known for two works: (1) the Yúngǔ zájì 雲谷雜記 KR3l0034, a bǐjì of Sòng historical and antiquarian notes, transmitted only through fragments preserved in the Yǒnglè dàdiǎn and reconstituted by the Sìkù editors; and (2) the Bǎoqìng Kuàijī xùzhì 寶慶會稽續志 (8 juan, completed 1225 / Bǎoqìng 1) — the continuation to Shī Sù’s Jiātài Kuàijī zhì KR2k0016 — for which he wrote his own preface, supplementing the events of the twenty-five years since Jiātài 1 (1201) and correcting or amplifying the earlier work. CBDB id 29549 confirms a single Zhāng Hào with index year 1169; lifedates are not transmitted but a floruit ca. 1190s–1230s is consistent with both works. The Sìkù tíyào notes that the brief biographical record in the Jīnhuá zhì (his adoptive native place) is at variance with the Xùzhì preface’s “having taken sojourn in this district” (i.e. Kuàijī).
