Zhāng Xiǎoshān 張筱衫 (also written 筱衫; míng Zhènjūn 振鋆, originally Lǐquán 醴泉; hào Tìlìzǐ 惕厲子) was a late-Qīng physician of Bǎoyìng 寶應 (modern Jiāngsū), active in Yángzhōu 揚州 and the surrounding Jiāngnán medical-network of the Guāngxù era. His best-known work is the four-juan pediatric-massage manual KR3ee054 Lízhèng ànmó yàoshù 釐正按摩要術 (1888), an edited and reorganized recension of a transmitted Wàn-lì-era manuscript Tuīná yàojué 推拿要訣 by Zhōu Yúfān 周於蕃 of Húběi (recovered and given to Zhāng for editing by his namesake Zhāng Yánlǐ 張言禮 / Xīnqiáo 心樵 of Dāntú 丹徒). Zhāng’s prefaces and凡例 to that work describe a Shùgǔzhāi yīshū sānzhǒng 述古齋醫書三種 — a three-work series of which the Ànmó yàoshù is the first; the others (announced as Shāhóu zhèngyì 痧喉正義 in one juan and Dòuzhěn biànzhèng lù 痘疹辨證錄 in four juan) followed in subsequent years. The Wáng Yízhèng 王儀鄭 preface to Lízhèng ànmó yàoshù records that Zhāng treated the prefacer’s two sons through an epidemic in 1890 (gēngyín 庚寅) when both children recovered after his care — a glimpse of his clinical reputation in the Jiāngsū / Yángzhōu region.

CBDB entry 518977 lists the name 張振鋆 without dates; no birthyear, deathyear, or fl. range is recorded there, and the standard Republican / PRC pediatric-medicine surveys give only the 1888 self-preface date as a fixed point. He is therefore conventionally dated fl. 1888 (Guāngxù 14, wùzǐ).

He is also recorded under the hào Tìlìzǐ 惕厲子 (a Yìjīng-derived studio-name from the Qián 乾 hexagram’s zhōngrì qiánqián, xī tìrúo lì 終日乾乾,夕惕若厲) — the signature he uses for his own original supplementary chapter in the Lízhèng ànmó yàoshù.
