Dìngān Déjī 定菴德基 (1634–1700/01) was the third-generation patriarch of the Bǎohuáshān Lǜzōng 寶華山律宗 in the early Qīng. Native of Pútián 莆田 (Fújiàn). Born Chóngzhēn 7 (1634), 3rd month, 24th day; died Kāngxī gēngchén (1700/01), 1st month, 8th day, aged 67. He was the dharma-heir of Sānmèi Jìguāng 三昧寂光’s principal disciple Jiànyuè Dútǐ 見月讀體 (讀體, 1601–1679) and the immediate successor at Bǎohuáshān after Dútǐ’s death.

After more than twenty summers of intensive study of the Sìfēn lǜ corpus, he produced his major Vinaya commentary, the Píní guānyào 毗尼關要 in sixteen juan (KR6k0152) — the principal early-Qīng study manual of Sìfēn discipline at Bǎohuáshān — together with the companion glossary Píní guānyào shìyì 毗尼關要事義 (KR6k0153). His Vinaya teaching defined the early-Qīng Bǎohuáshān curriculum and formed the practical complement to Zhìxù’s KR6k0151 Chóngzhì píní shìyì jíyào.
