Huìlù 慧輅, zì Dìhuī 諦暉 (variant 諦輝); often referred to as Dìhuī Huìlù 諦暉慧輅. Born 明天啟丁卯十月初八 = 1627-11-15 Gregorian; died 雍正乙巳三月廿日 = 1725-05-02, age 99. Long-lived Buddhist scholar-monk. Author of the principal preface to KR6q0588 《別牧純禪師語錄》 J40 B476.

This Huìlù 慧輅 is also the same person who wrote the third preface (1695) to the Hèfēng chánshī yǔlù KR6q0540, identifying himself as a 靈隱同門弟 (Língyǐn co-disciple). The long lifespan (99 years) accounts for prefaces written across more than three decades.
