Shī Jiānwú 施肩吾 (zì Xīshèng 希聖, hào Qīngxū dòngtiān Huáyáng zhēnrén 清虛洞天華陽真人), fl. 820, was a Táng poet of Fēnshuǐ 分水 in Mùzhōu 睦州 (modern Zhèjiāng) who in later life withdrew to Xīshān 西山 in Jiāngxī to practice the Dào. He obtained the jìnshì degree in 820. In the late-Táng Zhōng–Lǚ 鍾呂 nèidān 內丹 lineage he is counted among the “Twelve Saints of Xīshān” (Xīshān shí’èr zhēn 西山十二真). The compendium Xīshān qúnxiān huìzhēn jì 西山群仙會真記 (KR5a0247 / DZ 246) is traditionally attributed to him, but already in the Sòng the Zhízhāi shūlù jiětí 直齋書錄解題 12.348 argued that the Daoist alchemist of that name is distinct from the Táng poet (internal evidence dates the compendium to the late tenth century or later); this suggests at least two different figures bearing the name. CBDB (id 94134) has no lifedates. His collected poetry, Shī Jiānwú jí 施肩吾集, survives separately from the Daoist attributions.
