Tánlín 曇琳

Tánlín 曇琳 (early 6th c.), known also as Lín fǎ shī 琳法師, an early 6th-century Chinese monk and a junior associate of the Bodhidharma–Huìkě milieu. Recorded the Èrrù sìxíng lùn 二入四行論 KR6q0112 and supplied its introductory biographical preface, the earliest surviving Chinese biographical note on Bodhidharma.
