Lín Hóngyǎn 林弘衍
Late-Míng Fújiàn lay Buddhist editor, zì Déshān 得山 (as 林得山居士 in contemporary prefaces). Lifedates unrecorded. Active in the late-Wàn-lì / Tiānqǐ era on the editorial recovery and temple-restoration of the late-Táng Fújiàn masters of the Xuěfēng line. Editor (biāncì 編次) of the Míng recension of the Xuěfēng Yìcún chánshī yǔlù 雪峰義存禪師語錄 / Zhēnjué chánshī yǔlù 真覺禪師語錄 (KR6q0271) and of the parallel three-juan Míng recension of the Xuánshā Shībèi chánshī yǔlù 玄沙師備禪師語錄 (KR6q0376). Also undertook the physical restoration of the derelict Xuánshā temple-site in Fúzhōu; 圓澄 Zhànrán Yuánchéng’s 1626 preface to KR6q0376 praises his work.
