Kē Féngshí 柯逢時
Late-Qīng official and bibliophile (1845–1912) of Wǔchāng 武昌 (modern Wǔhàn). Jìnshì of 1886; held various provincial posts. Sponsored the Wǔchāng yī xué guǎn 武昌醫學館 and the Wǔchāng cóngshū 武昌叢書 project, which reissued in critical recension a series of rare Sòng-Yuán medical imprints including the Huóyòu xīnshū 活幼心書 (KR3ej007) in 1910. His editorial postfaces are valued for their careful collation notes.
