Northern-Sòng official and lay Buddhist literatus, Mǐnzhòng 敏仲, of Dōngdū 東都 (Kāifēng) family. Jìnshì of Jiāyòu / Xīníng; entered court as shìcóng 侍從 in Yuányòu. His political career was tied to Sū Shì 蘇軾 and the Yuányòu faction; held Lǐbù shìláng, Hùbù shìláng; demoted under the Shàoshèng anti-Yuányòu purges to a southern post and died in exile. CBDB id 1840 (no birth/death year); fl. ca. 1080–1100. A leading figure in the late-Northern-Sòng lay Pure-Land Buddhist circle: edited the Dàoyuàn jí yào KR4d0008 from his predecessor Cháo Jiǒng’s 晁迥 Chán-syncretist notebooks, and authored the Zhízhǐ jìngtǔ juéyí jí 直指淨土決疑集 — a foundational Northern-Sòng Pure-Land lay text.
