Zǔ Wúzé 祖無擇 (1011–1085, Zézhī 擇之, customarily called Lóngxué 龍學 from his eventual Lóngtúgé xuéshì office), of Shàngcài 上蔡 (Hénán). Bǎoyuán 1 / 1038 jìnshì in third place. Studied jīngshù under Sūn Fù 孫復 孫復 and wénzhāng under Mù Xiū 穆修 穆修 — placing him in the early-Northern-Sòng gǔwén / Chūnqiūxué lineage that runs from Shí Jiè 石介 to Ōuyáng Xiū 歐陽修 歐陽修. Held zhī Nánkāngjūn, zhī Shǎnfǔ, Zhīzhìgào, and finally Lóngtúgé xuéshì zhī Tōngjìn yíntáisī; impeached on charges and demoted to Zhōngzhèngjūn jiédù fùshǐ, transferred to zhī Xìnyángjūn; died there. The Sòngshǐ Yìwénzhì lists his collection in 50 juǎn; what remains is the Lóngxué wénjí 龍學文集 KR4d0055 in 16 juǎn, reconstituted by his great-grandson Zǔ Xíng 祖行 in Shàoxī 3 / 1192.
