Zhú Dàlì 竺大力 (*Mahābala; lifedates unknown), Eastern-Hàn Indian Buddhist śramaṇa of the Western-region (西域) origin (the surname-element 竺 traditionally indicates Indian descent), fl. late second century CE. According to the Chū sānzàng jì jí 出三藏記集 and the Lìdài sānbǎo jì 歷代三寶紀, he collaborated with the Hàn-Chinese upāsaka Kāng Mèngxiáng in producing [[KR6b0040|Xiūxíng běnqǐ jīng 修行本起經 (T184)]], one of the earliest Chinese Buddhist Buddha-biography texts, in 197 CE — a date sometimes cited as the terminus post quem for stand-alone Chinese-language Buddha-biographies.
