Wéi-qí-nán 維祇難 (*Vighna, “Hindrance-One”; lifedates unknown), Three-Kingdoms Wú-period Indian Buddhist śramaṇa, fl. early third century. According to the Chū sānzàng jì jí 出三藏記集 (T2145, juan 13), Vighna travelled from India to the Wú territories during the Huáng-wǔ 黃武 era (222–229) and translated [[KR6b0067|Fǎ-jù jīng 法句經 (T210)]] — the Dharmapada — in collaboration with Zhī Qiān and a layman named Zhú Jiāngyán 竺將炎, c. 224 CE. The translation of T210 is one of the foundational events in the early Chinese reception of Buddhist canonical literature. Per DILA Buddhist Person Authority A001293.
