Yè Zhìshēn 葉志洗 (some sources 葉志詵, fl. 1820s–1850s, the catalog meta gives 葉志洗 — likely a graphical variant of 詵), biéhào Fēngwēng Dōngqīng 封翁東卿 (“the venerable Mr Dōngqīng”). Late-Qīng official-physician of Hànyáng 漢陽 (Húběi); served as a zhōngchéng (中丞 = lieutenant-governor-grade) in Guǎngdōng province, where he retired in his later years (“就養於粵東節署”). His pharmacological work, the Shénnóng běncǎo jīng zàn 神農本草經贊 (KR3ec069, printed 道光三十年 = 1850), is a four-character rhymed-verse zàn (praise-verse) on each substance of the Shénnóng běncǎo jīng as recovered by Sūn Xīngyǎn 孫星衍 and Sūn Féngyì 孫馮翼 (= KR3ec001 in the catalog’s reconstruction). The work is consciously modelled on Guō Pú 郭璞’s Shānhǎi jīng tú zàn and represents a late-Qīng literary-pharmacological hybrid. Not in CBDB.
