Cài Guózhēn 蔡國珍 (1530–1609), zì Rǔpìn 汝聘, hào Fèngpǔ 鳳浦, of Xīnyú 新喻 in Jiāngxī. Jiājìng jìnshì (1565); rose to Lìbù shàngshū 吏部尚書 (Minister of Personnel) under Wànlì. Author of the principal Míng-print preface to 楊簡 Yáng Jiǎn’s Yángshì Yì zhuàn (KR1a0037), framing the work alongside 蘇軾 Sū Shì’s Dōngpō Yì zhuàn (KR1a0019) as the twin heterodox-but-canonical “wing-feathers” of the Sòng Yì-tradition.
