Yùnhóng 蘊宏 (薀宏)
MíngQīng transitional Chán practitioner and Míng imperial descendant (Míng Gāohuángdì yì 明高皇帝裔 per Shū Jùnjí’s 1687 preface in KR6q0208). Zì Kuānfū 寬夫 (“Broad Gentleman”); hào Cāntóng 參同 (“Co-Study”). Biological elder brother of Yùnshàng Dáfū 蘊上達夫, with whom he retired to Chán practice after the 1644 dynastic collapse.
Lifedates and full biographical details unrecorded. Contributor of the running interlinear-commentary annotations (zhuó yǔ 著語) to his brother Dáfū’s Sòng gǔ gōu jù 頌古鉤鉅 KR6q0207, and co-resident with Dáfū at their East-suburbs hermitage where they jointly produced their literary-Chán output.
The shared dharma-name initial Yùn 蘊 / 薀 between the two brothers represents their biological-brother relationship rather than shared monastic ordination-line.
