Gāo Bǐngjūn 高秉鈞 (zì Jǐntíng 錦庭, 1755–1827, 清), Qīng-period Wúxī 無錫 physician. Disciple of Fàn Shèngxué 范聖學 and Dù Yúnmén 杜雲門; trained over thirty years in both internal and external medicine, grounded in the Nèijīng. Author of KR3ek042 Yángkē xīndé jí 瘍科心得集 (3 juǎn + appendix, self-prefaced Jiāqìng 10 / 1805) — a landmark Qīng wàikē work that, together with Chén Shígōng’s KR3ek014 Wàikē zhèngzōng (1617) and Wáng Hóngxù’s KR3ek017 Wàikē quánshēng jí (1740), forms the canonical triad of late-imperial wàikē schools. Gāo is the founder of the xīndé / sānjiāo biànzhèng / anatomy-by-region school of surgery, having pioneered the systematic application of Wēnbìng 溫病學 theory (acquired from the Sūzhōu school) to external pathology. His maternal nephew 王旭高 Wáng Xùgāo (1798–1862) trained with him in external medicine before transitioning to internal medicine; Wáng’s KR3ek023 Wàikē zhèngzhì mìyào preserves that family lineage. CBDB id 87354 carries lifedates 1755–1827, confirmed by the Qīngdài rénwù shēngzú niánbiǎo.
