清朝文獻通考

Qīngcháo wénxiàn tōngkǎo — “Comprehensive Examination of [Qing] Dynasty Documents and Cultural Works”.

Imperially commissioned Qīng-dynasty encyclopaedic compendium in 300 juǎn, continuing the Wénxiàn tōngkǎo 文獻通考 of Mǎ Duānlín 馬端臨; begun under Qiánlóng 乾隆 (initiated 1747) and presented in 1787. Often referenced together with the Xù wénxiàn tōngkǎo 續文獻通考 and Huángcháo wénxiàn tōngkǎo 皇朝文獻通考 of the same project. The Tàiyīyuàn 太醫院 section records the eventual deletion of zhùyóu 祝由 from the imperial medical curriculum under the Qīng.
