A composite presentation of the Shānghán zábìng lùn — reunifying cold-damage and miscellaneous-disease portions into a single sixteen-juan whole, with the校正醫書局 (Bureau for the Correction of Medical Texts) collation framework. The “集解” (collected commentary) refers to the bureau’s harmonization of the variant manuscript witnesses 林億 Lín Yì and colleagues had access to. The text restores the structural unity of Zhāng Jī’s original 16-juan work which 王叔和 Wáng Shūhé had split into separate cold-damage and miscellaneous-disease lines.
Abstract
The catalog meta gives 漢 dynasty and Lín Yì et al. as collectors of the explanations. The recension reflects the Sòng校正醫書局 understanding of the textual situation: the 16-juan original — divided since Wáng Shūhé’s late-3rd-c. editorial intervention into the Shānghán lùn (cold-damage, 10 juan) and what survives as the Jīnguì yàoluè (miscellaneous diseases, 3 juan) — is here reunited as a single text with cross-edition collation. The bureau presented its full set of Shānghán-canon prints to the throne in 1065–1066; the jí jiě form represents one of the alternative editorial presentations from that working period.
This recension is rare and survives in the modern medical-philological literature chiefly through the 漢學文典 digital re-editing tradition. It is distinct from both the standard Sòngběn KR3ef001 and the Jīnguì yùhán jīng KR3ef080; it should be regarded as a synthetic Sòng-bureau presentation of the materials rather than as an independent textual stratum.
