A single-juǎn selection from the case-records of Cáo Cúnxīn 曹存心 — the leading Sūzhōu / Chángshú physician of the late-Qiánlóng to Jiāqìng period — arranged by syndrome, opening with 風溫 (wind-warmth). This is a separate, compact selection from the larger casebooks already represented in the KR3ep series at KR3ep025 Cáo Rénbó yīàn lùn and KR3ep095 Yánlíng dìzǐ jìyào.

Abstract
Cáo Cúnxīn 曹存心 (Rénbó, 1767–1834), of Chángshú 常熟 in the Sūzhōu prefecture, was the most influential Sūzhōu-school physician of the late-Qiánlóng / Jiāqìng generation. He held the rank of imperially-summoned court physician and operated a major teaching clinic at Chángshú from which the so-called Yánlíng (延陵) lineage of Sūzhōu yīxué spread across the lower Yangtze. His clinical signature integrates 葉桂 Yè Tiānshì’s wēnbìng doctrine with strict Shānghán / Jīnguì prescription-rigour and a robust biànzhèng (syndrome-discrimination) methodology.
The present selection opens with a six-day fēngwēn case in which Cáo successively deploys Gégēn jiějī tāng, Huánglián jiědú tāng, and Xījiǎo dìhuáng tāng across three clinical visits as the disease moves from surface through yángmíng into the yíng layer — a textbook demonstration of his successive-layer (wèiqìyíngxuè) prescribing methodology and an excellent teaching specimen.
The composition window 1790–1834 brackets Cáo’s mature clinical career; the present compilation appears to be a mid-nineteenth-century editorial selection from his larger surviving manuscripts.
