Other points of interest
This compact one-juan yǔlù is significant within the J39 sequence as one of the Sānshān Dēnglái cohort yǔlù (alongside KR6q0556, KR6q0557, etc.) — Yùméi Liàng was the wéinuó whom Dēnglái deputized on his deathbed, alongside specific oral-transmission instructions, and the Bīngxián line continues from there. The strikingly extensive fóshì section (occupying nearly half the juan) reflects Yùméi’s institutional role as Dēnglái’s mortuary-ritual coordinator within the larger Sìchuān cohort following the master’s death in 1685.
