Dàjué 大覺 was a Tang Vinaya monk based at the Huáyánsì 華嚴寺 in Hángzhōu 杭州 (per the source signature: 江東杭州華嚴寺沙門 大覺). He was a dharma-disciple of Xuánlǎn 玄覽; the Sòng gāosēng zhuàn records: 「僧明了、大覺、普賢、神滿、懷遜皆參預法流」 (T2061, 875b16). Lifedates not preserved. His sole transmitted work is the substantial Sìfēnlǜ xíngshì chāo pī 四分律行事鈔批 (KR6k0166, X42n0736) in fourteen juan, a Tang sub-commentary on Dàoxuān’s (道宣) Sìfēnlǜ shānfán bǔquē xíngshì chāo 四分律刪繁補闕行事鈔 (KR6k0017).
