Zhāng Wǎnxiāng 張畹香 (CBDB 569619 — name only, no dates) — late-Qīng Jiāngnán physician, conventionally identified in some modern reference works as Zhāng Hùnzhāi 張混齋 of Shàoxīng 紹興, active in the mid-to-late nineteenth century, possibly within the Shàoxīng warm-disease tradition (compare 邵蘭蓀 and the Shàoxīng wēnbìng bājiā 紹興溫病八家 grouping). The exact identification is not secure and biographical data are thin. His KR3ep026 Zhāng Wǎnxiāng yīàn 張畹香醫案 survives in two juǎn through late-Qīng manuscript copies.
