Wùzhuó 悟卓 (Pòshí Wùzhuó 破石悟卓)
MíngQīng transitional Chán master of Sichuan. Hào Pòshí 破石 (“Broken Stone”). Lifedates 1609/11/15 – 1654/1/25 (Wànlì 37/10/19 – Shùnzhì 10/12/8, age 45, per the xíng zhuàng in his Jǐnpíng Pòshí Zhuó chánshī zá zhù juan 1).
Active at Jǐnpíngshān 錦屏山 (“Brocade-Screen Mountain”) in Sichuan. Part of the mid-17th-century Sichuan Chán regional community.
Surviving work: the Jǐnpíng Pòshí Zhuó chánshī zá zhù 錦屏破石卓禪師雜著 KR6q0228 — a brief one-juan collection of poems and miscellaneous prose compositions, compiled by his attendant Chāocháng with a biographical xíng zhuàng by Fālín.
