Dàotíng 道亭 (active late 11th c.), Northern Sòng Buddhist scholar-monk of the Zháxī Pǔjìngsì 霅溪普靜寺 (in Wúxīng / modern Húzhōu, Zhèjiāng). Author of the [[KR6e0075|Huáyán yī chéng jiào yì fēn qí zhāng yì yuàn shū 華嚴一乘教義分齊章義苑疏]] in 10 fascicles (X995), the major Northern-Sòng commentary on Fǎzàng’s [[KR6e0074|Wǔ jiào zhāng]]. Per the Yì yuàn hòu xù 義苑後序 (the postface, by Yáng Jié 楊傑) dated Yuányòu 5 (1090), the work was completed by that date. Dàotíng’s birth and death dates are not preserved.
